We purchase our the majority of our flower varieties locally at the United Flower Growers in Burnaby BC because of this we have beautiful local product year round. We take great care and attention to ensure that we sell a product that is long lasting and beautiful. It is important to keep cut flowers on water, we recommend cutting your bouquet when you recieve them to make sure they are able to drink properly. Changing the water the flowers are in every couple days ensures they have a healthy life, keeping the bouquet or vase away from drafts or heaters is also important. If you feel there are flowers that are not doing well give them an additional cut and place in cold water. If they don't perk up please give us a call and we can help troubleshoot the situation and come up with a solution.

Funeral Arrangements:

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.

Delivery to Hospitals:

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, we ask that you call patient information in advance so that you can include the correct  hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. Not all units allow flowers to be delivered so calling in advance will ensure we can fulfill the order.

Substitutions:

We have organized our website in a way that gives you an idea of style and brand please take your time to look through the photos and we will select flowers based on the wonderful varieties available for the particular season. If you have a favourite flower you would like to include you can add that note to the additional information and will include it if we are able.
